The rules for using Biz Apna.

1. What Biz Apna is
Biz Apna is an online classifieds marketplace that lets people in Pakistan list businesses for sale and lets buyers contact sellers. We are not a broker, agent, escrow provider, valuer or legal adviser, and we are not a party to any transaction between users.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that misrepresent a business, harass other users, or attempt to defraud.
3. Listings
By submitting a listing you confirm that you are authorised to sell or represent the business, that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you have the right to use the photos you upload. Listings are reviewed before publication; review is not a guarantee of accuracy.
4. Prohibited content
No unlawful businesses, no misleading revenue or profit figures, no stolen images, no impersonation, no attempts to move users to fraudulent payment channels, and no spam.
5. Plans and payment
Paid plans are displayed in PKR. Prices shown at launch are placeholders and may change before billing begins. No payment is collected on Biz Apna today. When payments are enabled, the price and billing period will be shown before any charge.
6. No guarantee; your due diligence
All business information is supplied by sellers. You are responsible for your own due diligence — visiting the premises, checking the lease, verifying documents and obtaining legal and tax advice where needed.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Biz Apna is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from a transaction between users, from inaccurate listing information, or from interruptions to the service.
8. Content licence
You grant us a non-exclusive licence to display the content you submit for the purpose of operating the marketplace, including in search results and shared links.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be shown on this page with a new date.
