How Biz Apna works
Three steps from finding a business to shaking hands on the deal.
For buyers
- Search with real numbers. Filter by city, area, category and budget in PKR. Every listing shows asking price, monthly sales, monthly profit, rent and years running — so you can rule a business out before you travel.
- Talk to the owner directly. Use WhatsApp, call, or the private Biz Apna conversation. There is no middleman and no commission.
- Visit before you commit. Sit at the counter, watch the footfall, check the stock and talk to the staff. Ask for the lease, utility bills and the landlord's papers.
- Agree in writing. Put the price, what is included and the handover date in a written agreement. Pay in stages as documents are verified.
For sellers
- Start with four fields. City, category, asking price and WhatsApp number. That is the whole first step — long forms lose good sellers.
- Add the details buyers ask about. Profit, rent, lease remaining, staff and photos. Clear numbers get serious buyers, not time-wasters.
- We review the listing. A person checks that the business looks real and the photos belong to it. Usually within one working day.
- Talk to buyers, then hand over. Reply by WhatsApp or inside Biz Apna. When the deal is done, mark the listing sold.
What Biz Apna does not do
- We do not hold money, escrow payments, or take a commission on the sale.
- We do not guarantee that a listing's figures are accurate — they are supplied by the seller.
- We do not provide legal, tax or valuation advice.
