What we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone number, city and password hash.
- Listing data: the business details and photos you upload, including the WhatsApp and call numbers you choose to publish.
- Messages: enquiries and in-app conversations between buyers and sellers.
- Technical data: session cookie, and basic request logs kept by the hosting provider.
What is public
Your listing details, the display name on your listing, the city, and the WhatsApp and call numbers you add to a listing are public. Your email address and password are never public. Message contents are visible only to the two participants, and to admins only as metadata (who, which listing, when) for moderation — not as message bodies in the admin panel.
Why we process it
To operate the marketplace, show listings, deliver enquiries and messages, moderate content, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with the hosting provider that runs the site, and with authorities where required by law.
Retention
Listing and account data is kept while the account is active. Deleted listings are removed from public view immediately; backups may retain them for a short period.
Your choices
You can edit or delete your listings at any time. To delete your account or request a copy of your data, use the contact page.
